In November 2024 we had two identical wardrobes fitted by Beautiful bedrooms. I chose them in part because they seemed to be a quality organisation and offered a 10 year warranty. We were very pleased with the result but in July 2025 we noticed the foil on one of the corner doors started peeling at the edge and contacted the company. Multiple emails, an at home visual inspection and four months later they eventually sent someone who told me it couldn't be fixed and the whole door would need to be replaced. Almost three more months later, more emails and one missed appointment they finally sent someone to replace the door. After the fitter left I noticed the replacement door was a different shade of white than the rest of the wardrobe. I was not warned that this would happen. I contacted the firm the next day to raise the issue with them and despite a follow-up email they have now stopped communicating with me and I am now left with two expensive fitted wardrobes which I had hoped to use for many years with a mismatching door. Had this been a cheap off the shelf wardrobe I would have lived with it, but considering what I have paid I am very disappointed. We found their guarantee to be ineffective when we needed it and to fail to even respond to my concerns about the colour mismatch is disappointing. Had a fantastic experience with Beautiful Bedrooms and great service from Mark and the designers. The quality of the wardrobes is  superb and they offer a great colour scheme. We designed a run of wardrobes with a desk at the end and shelves above and integrated lights and are absolutely delighted with the result. The price came in cheaper than Hammond’s and Sharps too! I worked with Alex during the measurement and planning stage, and I was immediately impressed by his knowledge, expertise, and design ideas. I changed my mind several times throughout the process, which I’m sure must have been frustrating at times, but Alex remained patient, professional, and supportive throughout. The final design exceeded all my expectations and was something I could never have envisioned myself. When his team arrived to carry out the work, they were professional, courteous, and respectful of my home. I felt completely comfortable leaving them to work while I was at work, and when I returned each day, the room and the rest of the property were spotless—even before the project was fully completed. The work took two days, and the attention to detail was outstanding. I am absolutely thrilled with the finished result and am already discussing further projects with Alex. Alex was easy to deal with and even when I changed my mind about the colour, type of handle and location of the wardrobe in the room; he was kind, helpful and patient. We decided to move the location of the wardrobes based on something that Alex had seen that we hadn't and so became SUPER helpful as the entire shape of the room is different than how we had first thought it would be! Absolutely delighted with the bespoke wardrobes fitted in both bedrooms. From start to finish, the entire process was outstanding and completely seamless. Alex, the designer, was incredibly patient and understanding, really taking the time to listen to what I wanted for each room. No request ever felt too big or too small, and he was always happy to offer helpful suggestions and his professional opinion, which was truly valued. Communication throughout was excellent, and the quality of the products used is clearly of the highest standard. The fitting team were fantastic — professional, tidy, and with great attention to detail. The finished wardrobes look amazing, and the amount of storage gained has made such a difference. "I honestly cannot recommend Beautiful Bedrooms enough. We recently had wardrobes designed and built for three of our bedrooms, and we are absolutely over the moon with the results. The service is truly bespoke—there are no 'standard sizes' here. We received the exact same level of quality and tailored service that you’d expect from the very high-end wardrobe fitters, but at about a third of the price. A massive, heartfelt thank you to Alex, who handled our designs. He was so incredibly patient and kind throughout the process; nothing was ever too much trouble for him, and he really helped bring our vision to life. The installation process was just as impressive. A huge shout-out to Mark and the fitting team—they were so friendly and professional. I was blown away that they managed to complete the work for all three rooms in under four days! To go from the initial design to a finished, high-quality product in less than two weeks is almost unheard of.
