Our guarantee covers manufacturing defects in:

- Workmanship relating to our installation
If a manufacturing fault occurs during the guarantee period, we will inspect the issue and, where appropriate, repair or replace the affected component at no additional cost.

To keep your guarantee valid, we recommend:

- Avoiding harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Keeping furniture dry.
- Maintaining normal indoor humidity levels.
- Avoiding excessive heat and direct moisture.
Making a Claim
If you believe your furniture has developed a fault:
- Contact Beautiful Bedrooms.
- Provide your order details.
- Include photographs where possible.
- Describe the issue.
We may arrange an inspection before determining the appropriate remedy.
Transferability
This guarantee applies to the original purchaser and the original installation address unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Your Statutory Rights
This guarantee is provided in addition to your rights under applicable UK consumer legislation and does not affect those rights.
