Beautiful Wardrobes and Exceptional service!
We recently had ‘Fitted Wardrobes and bedrooms’ complete a set of bespoke designed wardrobes for our loft bedroom. I found their details online and booked an initial design visit with Alex. The design process was easy and there was an incredible amount of choice in colour, materials, finishes and looks. Alex guided us through the design process with his excellent knowledge and made the process enjoyable. What I most liked was that there was no hard sell or limited time offer only sales talk. We found a design we liked and then everything moved quickly – we had our units made and installed within 2 weeks! Installation took place over two days and the team were very professional, leaving site very tidy each day and completing their work to a very high standard. Each part of the process was easy and pleasurable, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to create a bespoke and luxury feel to their home. We are already planning to get Alex back to design us a home bar in the not-so-distant future. HIGHLY recommend!

Jon and his team were excellent from beginning to end of this very quick and easy process!
Jon was punctual and friendly when he came to measure up for our wardrobes, listened to our ideas and offered his own suggestions, then went away and promptly drew us up a quote and designs. He was then also incredibly patient l when we tweaked the design (several times!) and once the design was secured the whole process from paying deposit to installation (with an equally helpful fitting team) was complete within 4 days.
We are already in touch with the team to complete our second wardrobe project in our loft space and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jon to anyone looking for a good quality product, fitted quickly with no hassle!

What an amazing team and what beautiful wardrobes. Alex and crew were fantastic. From the first call all the way through to a post fitting check in. Alex went the extra mile - even popping in with handle options so I could see my choices would not work as well in reality. They were fitted within two weeks - like that is so rare when it comes to fitted wardrobes. They are amazing and cost less than the big names but far!!

There is no true average when it comes to how much a fitted wardrobe costs in the UK.
By their very nature a fitted wardrobe will need to be bespoke to your unique room, built to match it’s shape and size and finished with an interior of your design and with doors of your choosing.
For this reason every project will cost a different amount. You are far better off getting an upfront no obligation quote from a trusted bespoke walk-in wardrobes company, like Beautiful Bedrooms.
Quite the opposite!
Fitted wardrobes allows you to maximise your bedroom space and, especially with mirrored doors, can actually make your room seem considerably larger.
The short answer is you may well be able to find some basic built-in wardrobe products, but these won’t be truly ‘built-in’ until they are installed properly. What’s more, any off the shelf built-in wardrobe won’t be truly made to measure and can’t replicate the sharp fit offered by a proper fitted wardrobe.
You will be far better off in the long-term if you work with a bespoke fitted wardrobes company like us to make a custom wardrobe for you and your living space.
Despite the many advantages of a fitted wardrobe, there are a couple of drawbacks that you should be aware of.
For example, fitted wardrobes can not be taken with you if you move house (even if they could be, they wouldn’t be likely to fit your new bedroom!). They also can’t be moved within your room.
Do keep in mind that our free design visit ensures you make the right position choice upfront, and if you do decide to move property that fitted wardrobes can actually add value to the home.
While this is entirely up to you and your preference, most clients want fitted wardrobes that do go from the floor to the ceiling. This way you maximise your living space and get a sharp, sleek look.
While both types of wardrobe serve a similar purpose, fitted wardrobes are widely considered to be better than free standing ones because of how they can help you maximise your bedroom space. They also tend to be sturdier and stronger, and more long lasting and hard wearing as a result. They can also be customised to truly match the look and style of your bedroom, along with any custom interior features that you are looking for.
Yes, fitted wardrobes can certainly be installed in a room with carpet. For best results we may recommend that you install the wardrobe directly on the floor though.
